Doedijns Pneumatics

On April 1, 2010 Doedijns International, parent company of Koppen & Lethem Limited, acquired all issued common stock of Site Valve Automation Centre and Site Tork at corporate premises of Ten Berge Notarissen in Nijmegen. Site has a workforce of 30 employees, with which it generates approximately € 7,5 mln of revenues per annum.

The business activities of Site will be integrated with those of affiliate Doedijns Pneumatics, without any loss of jobs. Doedijns Pneumatics will move to new built corporate premises of Site situated at Van Galenweg 23, Cuijk, the Netherlands and leave its corporate premises situated at Lange Linden 32, Cuijk, the Netherlands prior to October 31, 2010. With the acquisition of Site, Doedijns International strengthens its position within the oil and gas industry.
